This week the ‘Women of ACE’ group hosted its first event where 21 of our amazing ACE women attended the breakfast conference. The ‘Women of ACE’ group provides a forum for its members to support one another, form friendships, establish mentorships and build on connections. It is about creating an environment to help advance and empower our women in construction who attend their day to day work on site or within the office. All matters big or small are also brought to the committee’s attention to bring about changes to our business as well as the industry.
