Civil works package including the renewal of 2km of internal road, associated subgrade remediation and stormwater and drainage works. Supply and installation of a shelter structure and site wide public lighting upgrade and installation of 2 new multiuse sports courts.
ACE was involved in the following scope of works:
- Excavation by NDD means to identify and expose known and unknown inground services
- Pulverise, remove existing road, rectify failed subgrade and replace with new asphalt roadway
- New 30meter x 8meter shelter structure and associated electrical works
- New public lighting infrastructure
- Demolish and rehabilitate 4 existing sports courts
- Install 2 x new plexipave multiuse sports courts
