Parkhouse Project Completion
Ace Civil Services were engaged by ICON to undertake a civil and landscape package on The Parkhouse luxury apartments on the banks of the picturesque Yarra River at 627 Victoria Street, Abbotsford. ACE were appointed as a one stop solution contractor with the capacity to undertake VicRoads road works, Melbourne Water outlet works and internal hard and soft landscaping.
Scope of works included upgrade & remodel of the Victoria/Burnley Street intersection, construction of new footpath for the City of Yarra, Melbourne Water rock outfall into the Yarra River, Riverwalk detailed earthworks, gabion walls and shared user path, concrete driveways, bluestone and granite paving and soft landscaping. Parkhouse is the final piece of the wider Yarra Gardens Precinct comprising of 530 apartments.
