Carlie Young is a Project Manager within our ACE Landscape division and was the driving force behind the completion of the Wyndham Park Redevelopment Project. Carlie started in the construction industry 22 years ago and enjoys the challenge of working on diverse & complex projects as well as leading design & construction projects to deliver high quality projects sensitive to the existing environmental site conditions.
What did you love about the Wyndham Park redevelopment project?
“The challenge, the pace, and the project teamwork to bring together collective skills and trades to build the Wyndham Park four hectare site. Wyndham Park was constructed over fifteen months with over eighty trades on-site during the peak of construction. Wyndham Park is a fantastic example of a collective and cohesive team working together to achieve a community asset which will be enjoyed for years to come. A proud moment was attending the Wyndham Park Grand Opening in June 2020 to be amazed at the 6,000 attendees; families with smiling children enjoying the park and spending quality time together – the atmosphere was electric. I feel very proud of our project team and what we achieved with grit and determination to complete the project.”
